He worked in social organization for 22 years. He started Future Nepal in 2000. He is a writer of “JOB” book and “Inside Nepal” Magazine. He co-ordinates & design various project. He traveled whole Nepal for volunteer program, design different cultural program and festivals, digital photo printing, computer, co-operative training etc. He his a success organizer of tourism festivals in different parts of Nepal. His interest is gathering people, design development project, giving job ideas, writing books, co-operative formation, lunching stone projects and design different tourism and cultural festivals all over Nepal.

DURGA DEVI GHIMIRE (Co-ordinator Language Trainer)

As an essential team member, Durga is tasked with the essential responsibility of educating volunteers in the Nepali language and conducting cultural information classes. Durga also leads volunteers on sightseeing tours around Kathmandu, showcasing the city’s rich heritage and beauty. Besides her teaching and guiding roles, she ensures volunteers’ transition from their arrival at the airport to their placements is smooth and comfortable.

Durga’s friendly and open demeanor makes her approachable, aiding in creating a welcoming environment for the volunteers. Her excellent English skills further enable her to communicate effectively with international volunteers, ensuring they feel understood and at ease.

Her travel experiences across India and various parts of Nepal during the volunteer program not only enhance her cultural knowledge but also provide her with firsthand experiences that she shares with volunteers. This sharing of experiences enriches the cultural exchange and provides a more personal and authentic understanding of the region. All these factors contribute to Durga being a beloved and invaluable part of the volunteer program.

Amrit Kumar Shrestha (Dhading Coordinator)

Amrit is the coordinator in Dhading district, where he handles all programs and activities. He is also a language instructor with a friendly and approachable nature. Amrit has been with the organization for over five years and has a wealth of experience in program management and community development. He is passionate about his work and is always looking for ways to improve the lives of the people in Dhading. Amrit is a valuable asset to the team and is highly respected by his colleagues and the community. Amrit is a native of Dhading and has a deep understanding of the local culture and customs. He is also fluent in both Nepali and English, which makes him an effective communicator with both the local community and the organization’s international partners. Amrit is a dedicated and hardworking individual who is always willing to go the extra mile. He is also a team player who is always willing to help out his colleagues.

Divyashree Poudel (Kathmandu coordinator)

With a decade-long commitment to her organization in Kathmandu, Divya has proved to be an invaluable asset. Her dual role as a coordinator and language instructor demonstrates her versatility, and her bilingual proficiency in English and Nepali is instrumental in bridging communication gaps between locals and international collaborators.
